9 Responses to “New Baseball Rankings Released Today”
I think that you need to take a look at the 13U East Metro Titans. We’re a pretty good team and people aren’t giving the boys the credit that they deserve. Our pitching is stellar, our bats are hot and we’re looking good.
The Atlanta Angels are the best 7u baseball team around….let’s be clear about that….we are the only 7u team to compete in the 8u division all season. We recently beat the #4 8u ranked Elite Gamers Blue and lost a nail biter 5-4 to the #5 Georgia Select. We have not only played up a division but we have competed very well making it to the semi-finals in several tournaments…
So for those that just look at rankings don’t believe the hype!!!!!!!!!
I’ve watched 7U-9U baseball since Feb. I have a grandson that has competed and unfortunately lost to some of these teams. The Atlanta Angels are the best 7U team i’ve seen in a long time. The only 8U team that has beaten them handily is the Georgia Raiders. Theyre the most well-rounded 8U team. As far as 9U, the East Cobb Longhorns are the most fundamentally sound team. (I just heard theyre only 8yrs old) The Yard Dogs team is very good and I like Coach Mitchell.
The 7 and under Angels are last year’s 6 and under state and usssa champions. Until someone beats us in our age group, we are still the team to beat, making us without any reservations, the #1 seven year old team in GA. (ask the streets, better yet, ask the 8 year old coaches) Check out the damage we’ve done in the 8 year old divisions:
* Beat the #1 usssa ranked GP Bluejays
* Loss by only 2 to the # 3 ranked Yardog Black
* Beat the #5, #8, #9, #11, and #20 ranked 8 year old teams in
usssa. People lie, numbers don’t
ALL WE DO IS WIN WIN WIN NO MATTER WHAT! WHEN WE WALK ON THE FIELD EVERYBODY THROW THEIR HANDS UP….. AND THEY STAY THERE!!! AND THEY STAY THERE!!!
B2C, yall need to check out the 6U Sandtown Pirates! They’ve beaten both your #3 Cubs & #4 Blue Jays soundly! Coach Fuller has a monster of a team. How can two teams that they’ve beaten be ranked & the Pirates are nowhere to be found???
dear pirate fan, the day after you posted your comment your pirates lost to the cubs and they also gave it to the blue jays so i think the cubs should be #3 behind the yard dogs and the gamers blue, coach showell got those boys on a roll, B2C betta keep their eyes open for the sandtown cubs 6u.(2nd place in the USSSA LOVEJOY CLASSIC, lost to the gamers blue, 2nd place in the RED SWAIN YARD DOGS CLASSIC, lost to the yard dogs) ENOUGH SAID!
